Master cylinder replaced car wont go into gear

Hi Guys,  I am really hoping someone can give me some advise:

I was having issues where shifting was very hard but not yet impossible, if you force the pedal into the floor you could choose a gear and rev matching to shift so it doesnt scratch.  Suspected master cylinder so after a day and a half of labour in my drive I have managed to change it and bled the system.  Now I cant select any gears when the car is on, feels like the gate wont open.  Reverse scratches bad when trying to push in.  So kind of feek like its much worse.  Does anyone have any ideas?

The car is a 2005 Ford Focus 1.6

I should add that I have replaced the slave cylinder and clutch about 2 years ago, really hoping thats not it as the CSC is a nightmare to change
