Bought a 67 plate focus TiT X less than 2 weeks ago when i got the car home and played around with the bells and whistles noticed that the dab radio on sync 3 was not working called the garage the very next day and was told to bring the car in so they could have a look and see what the problem was they have up graded the software as they said.

on collecting the car that evening was told they could not fix it they were waiting on technical phoning back the following day ( Friday )

so after 5 days of waiting no returned phone call.

I called today at 14.00 and Guess what They said they would phone me back Its now 16.30 spoke with the service manager and they are still waiting on technicle getting back to possibly authorise a new replacement.

Anyone else had this problem with 8 month old car

they have had to order a new head unit as its not repairable should be fixed next week but not holding my breath
