no hot air fiesta 2008

i have a titanium 1.4 with climate control which is not blowing any hot air at all in any setting or at any temp setting ,the aircon works fine and i took the panel off to the side of the centre console and the little alloy pipe and radiator in there are fully hot but seems to be no transfer of the heat to blower box ? the tank is up to max and the pipes from engine bay to car are hot too.
