Hi, newbie here so take it easy please.

I've a 2011 mk3 focus that I've retro fitted sat nave to. Everything works fine Inc tmc, the only annoying thing that is missing is voice control of the sat nav, voice control doesn't even recognise the command navigation! I've set the screen size to 5" with focccus and I've also set bt & vc + nav, I'd have thought this setting would make vc see the nav but no, is there another vc setting that needs changing for vc nav commands to be set?

Other than this I'm very happy with the nav ...I know I'm hoping but I was kind of thinking wouldn't it be nice if I could enter a postcode through vc! Yes I know the nav and vc probably aren't that advanced on these early models.

Oh and the guide on here was very helpful with this project ..many thanks all that contribute these guides.

    Have you put the 2 extra wires in imbetween the screen and audio unit?

    Edit, just re read your post, ah, I don't think voice will control Nav.

    It doesnt in sync 3 on a c-max titanium
