I have not long purchased my first Ford. It's a 09 zetec s Mk7. All is well with it, except for the aux isn't working. When i press the button on the radio nothing happens, and when i press the phone button, it just mutes the audio completely. Anyone know why?

    Might just need the radio resetting. Just pull the fuse out and leave it for half an hour. Usually fixes most problems. Alternatively take it back if you got it from a dealer and get them to fix it.

    Maybe a stupid question but have you got the aux cable plugged in or are you connecting via bluetooth?
