my wifes car has these springs hr make attached to car

trouble is its way to low can anyone tell me what mm they are and what mm i need to higher it ?

Those are 50mm drop.  Are you after standard height or a slight drop?

only 50mm is catching eveything where we live and carparks are a nightmare 🙂

Standard height will be roughly 40-50mm higher than these.  The 50mm advertised is taken from a Zetec model and I believe the S is already around 10mm lower to start with.  

You can also get 30/35mm drop springs, but I don't know if ~15mm will be enough of a raise for you.  

I think you'd be best going for a set of standard Zetec S springs personally, won't look quite as good but will be more practical and comfortable.

the exhaust will be a right pain to put standard i think and cost alot.
