Can anyone tell me what this connector is for?

Featured Replies

I am looking to retrofit heated seats into my mk7 2010 fiesta titanium, looking at the main plug from my car which plugs into the seats, all looks to be there on the passenger side, the only one that seems to be missing is this yellow connector on the drivers side, does anyone know if that’s related to the heated seat circuit?

Anyone?

heated seat circuit should be the blue connector, wires should be yellow/orange and black/violet. check the back of connector for those colours

and passenger one should be yellow/orange and black/blue

Was looking yesterday and all connectors marked as Yellow should be the Airbag?

The seat connector photos I put up is from a set of heated seats listed on eBay, but the photo of the plug that plugs into the seats is from my car, so the corresponding plug to the blue one would be the centre right, so what colour wires should I expect to see there if my car is already wired to accept heated seats

the colours i already mentioned
