Hey folks, 

I've had a search through but couldn't find he info I need.

I'm after swapping a rear diffuser. 

1st pic is is what I have....

2nd pic is what I want...

Is it just a straight swap? Or is there more to it?

And any recommendations of where to get one from?

 

Any help appreciated. Thanks.

What you want is the ST set up. 2 Parts, cost around £160 . Bottom need painting. If  you are handy a rattle can job will do it, If not about £100 at painters.

Easy enough job, if you saw it done and had paid for it you'd wonder why you paid someone.

However you did not say that your car is a 2009>. The diffuser you are wanting is 2012>. Cant remember if the earlier pre facelift  bumper was the same as the later. I think that the bumper extensions are different. I don't know if the complete bumper is a direct fit, which would be another way to go.

Ebay is the best place to look, phone or email any bumper repairers or sellers who deal in bumpers.

 

 

From those two pictures it does look like they are different shapes. the bottom one looks like it has more of a lip on the bumper.

You'd also want a new exhaust as there would be a gaping hole as it stops short of the bumper on your current setup.

I don't know if just painting the bottom part of yours red would be the best way around it.
