Hi newby in need of help please,,,,iv been stung bought mondeo 2007 mk4 tdci 

he had it running lights all work when.running out side no dash lights and no control over switch to operate side light switching off or on I’m confused everything else works iv no control over switch att all it starts up with lights out side but no dash lights either 

 

p.s there’s a feet to light switch and all fueses look fine
