Hi All

 

I have a Ford focus Automatic 1.6 Zetec Navigator  5dr Powershift.  Just lately i have been getting a slight juddering going from 1st to second gear  although when going through the rest of the gears it seems smooth,  i contacted my local ford garage who recommended that i have a gearbox/transmission service,  The car has only done 20,000 miles but is nearly 4 and a half years old   2014 reg  would this be the correct advice from Ford garage ?   any advice would be gratefully received.
