Started to hear a strange noise around the dash. Can't pint point the part where it's coming form. From researching I've heard of the heater blender door thing. It's a 2010 1.6tdci.  Will try and upload the video soon

    Sounds like you have the same issue as I have just had, I took off the old one and fitted a new one in about half an hour, can actually get to it without having to remove any dashboard or centre console parts
