I had a  Blocked DPF filter error code 2452 and car went into limp mode  a Ford mechanic told me to change change the Particulate Matter Trap Differential Pressure Sensor  which got rid of that code and I now have 2453 code car runs fine

Im using Forscan and now with particulate matter trap differential pressure sensor circut range/performace

on running DP_DPF only stays at 0.2 psi

When I fit the old Sensor the code 2452 code returns

On doing a Google some say The fuel filter could be clogged  I would appreciate some help here as I dont want to buy a new DPF if the fault is elswhere

car has just over 10000 miles

I have washed out the exhaust but the water was very clean

Thanks

10,000 miles is very low for a 12 year old diesel. It's probably never really been given enough blasts down the motorway and the DPF clogged as a result. Only guessing though and could be something else.
