Hi,

On Saturday an orange light came on along with the message Engine Malfunction - Service Now. The car then felt like it went into "limp mode".

I drove it on Sunday and it drove OK and the warning had cleared.

Ford want £45 to read the code. Is there anyway I can diagnose this myself?

    Forscan along with a modified ELM cable or dongle.  Plnty of info about Forscan on here. :smile:

    Probably be either broadband hego sensor or recirc valve( rubber diaphragm. )

    Most common items to bring light on. But diagnose first with the elm 327 and forscan.
