Ford fiesta 1.4 duratec idling problem after timing belt

Just done my timing belt and water pump in my garage and after starting it the idling isnt right. There's a slight noise from the gearbox side where the flywheel is and rpm is low at 800-850. When you rev the car, it's seems absolute normal and the noise seems to go but When you take the revs off the engine cuts out straight away. I have checked all hoses and connections to see if anything was not put back on but I'm now lost. Timing belt out a tooth ?
