Yep! have a similar one I bought for £4-5. Works as intended - quite low quality but you don't need much when you're only 5-10mm away (and that's the focusing distance - no auto focus).

Mine came with some attachments, a 90 degree mirror screw on attachment, and I think a blank straight attachment (? stop the lens getting scratched?) Didn't get a magnet or a hook.

The plastic casing on the usb end also fell off after a few uses, so is now superglued on. The brightness settings go from 0 to full. Just shows as a bog standard usb camera when you plug into the PC.
