Hi guys as you’ve probably guessed I’m new here I recently got a mk7 fiesta st 180 14 plate and was just wondering what modifications are best to do and where everyone buys there parts from and also anyone who can recommend a decent tuning garage in Scotland.

    Welcome to the site Cherrie.

    I've got a focus with the same engine. I did think about modifying it but as I'm getting on a bit now I decided to keep it standard apart from a K&N filter which sounds great.

    What are your goals with regards to tuning as over 400bhp is achievable depending how far you want to go?

    They have a wide selection of tuning packages and most of them are bolt on with the option of hand held tuning units for the user to upload remaps themselves if that is more suitable.
