Can you tell me if Frozen White has a lacquer coat or just solid white ?

    As it happens, still got a touch up kit in the garage from the Mrs's old frozen white Fiesta - it contains a colour coat and a lacquer coat.

    Sorry - I should have said "dried up remains of a touch up kit" - just confirming frozen white is colour + lacquer.
