Window goes down slightly and back up but not fully down

My 2016 Mk7 Fiesta's window stopped going up and down during the cold weather, could only move slightly down and back up to closed. I have let the car thaw (it was 8 degrees today) yet it still wont budge. The motor doesn't sound like its struggling. Any suggestions, the car is still within manufacturers warrant

    Mine does it all the time when there's a frost then, same as your's, still doesn't work when it's thawed out. I just keep going at the window switch and it eventually goes all the way down.

    Press and hold down for 10 seconds should fix it or at least it does on mine
