Just bought a 2.4 tdci jumbo but all warning lights are on

As stated my abs, handbrake, spanner, and battery light is on. Starts fine, runs fine apart from injector tap, stops fine. I dont understand it. I changed the battery just incase there was a problem with the amps causing havoc with electrics. The radio isnt working too is it linked? Please help. Thankyou in advance

You need a code reader to read any dtcs stored. 

Would recommend an elm 327 adapter cable and free forscan software on a laptop.
