Both rear washer and wipers stopped working

After a front windscreen replacement both my rear washer and wiper have stopped working.  It’s as if no power is being sent to the pump or wiper. 

Autoglass have been back to inspect the car, but we’re unable to find the issue.

Please can someone advise me if there is a connector or something else that could cause this?

The car is a 2015 Mondeo.

    Hi dezwez, yes fuses are okay. 

    Separate fuses for washer and wiper. So was wondering if there was a connector common to both that is not plugged in properly. These were unplugged when the windscreen was replaced.
