Transmission fluid change

Hello all! Glad to be another member of this forum!

Guys, recently I've change the transmission fluid on my 2013 ford fusion (there's no dipstick). After that, maybe there's another cause of this issue I'm not sure but... I feel slight hit/kick when I gently push the accelerator pedal when car has already got some speed within 50 km/h. No problem from start or when the car passed 50 km/h, Is it possible that there is an overfill?
