Mk4 mondeo tit x sport grill

Featured Replies

Hi all, have just bought a 11plate tit x sport with the honeycomb grill.

My question is that if you look head on at the grill to the right of the ford badge some of the honeycomb has solid plastic almost as if they’ve been forgotten to cut them out.

Any ideas would be appreciated

Hi Simon,

Mine has the same. I think it's the forward warning system. Think it was an optional extra

Cheers vince,I’ll have a gander on google, cheers mate

That is the 'radar' for the adaptive cruise control on a 14 plate. It might just be forward warning system on older models.

Lol never thought of the cruise control. Not sure now

It's the same on the earlier models too, it's the cover for the adaptive cruise control radar.
