Hi I'm looking for some info on my mk6 fiesta. A warning light came on with a message "engine malfunction" the car would still drive but is sluggish in low revs and straight after gear change. Plugged it in and got throttle pedal sensor switch faulty. Have changed the whole throttle pedal and still doing it. Now I'm wondering if I need to change the whole throttle body assembly, as after a bit of research it sounds like the sensor is built into it? If this makes any sense could some confirm but also if this sound like a load of old tosh still tell me 👍🏻 hopefylly somebody had the same issue and know what I'm on about. cheers peeps

what is the fault code the reader gave (the letters/numbers)?  have you used your code reader to clear all fault codes to reset it?   and then after driving it did the same fault code reappear?

What engine is this?
