Euro 4 Mk7 transit forscan error code 80

Featured Replies

Im having trouble completing the injector pilot relearn procedure. Goes fine until pressure point 5 and then throws an error code 80 after the van revs go too high (around 1800rpm)

Ive just had 2 injectors replaced and recoded to ecu, injector seals done, new fuel filter, oil and filter change, new scv and successful pump relearn done. Ive cleaned out egr and inlet manifold of carbon build up.

Just cant seem to get the pilot relearn completed.

I purchased a new prv genuine from Ford but when I went to install it, the original prv had a smaller centre hole in it than the new one and the van didnt seem to want to run without me putting the old prv back on.

Ive read the fuel pressure during idle and it averages 230 bar (which ive been told is spot on) with a +/- 15 bar fluctuation.

Just at a loss as to why the piot relearn wont complete. Any ideas?
