Hi everyone, how do you get into the ‘secret’ test menu on the Mk8? Tried holding the OK button whilst turning on the ignition/press start button, but the old way doesn’t work. If anyone knows...Sorry if it’s been asked already.

It should work. It's the ok button on the right of steering wheel.press and hold  ok button , switch ign on and keep ok button pressed for 5-8seconds until the "test" or "gauge sweep" shows.

Interesting! Before I start tinkering with this is it possible to inadvertently or deliberately alter any settings when in there?

I've had a bit of a play around with it before, i'd say it's highly unlikely to change anything by accident
