1.3 Mk6 Won't Start

Featured Replies

Hey,

I've got a 1.3 MK6 that won't start. When i turn the key to stage 2, The only lights that show are the airbag light (which goes out) and the oil light. The EML, handbreak light and the battery light does not show. It doesn't show the milage counter nor the clock. The petrol gauge shows up constantly but is showing as empty, yet the car had a full tank the night before and had only been driven about 20 miles. It wont start by jump starting it and apparently, I haven't lost an earth.

So i was just hoping and wondering, if anyone else had an idea of what it could be and what I need to check.

Many thanks!!
