Stopping back getting filthy help

Featured Replies

Hi all may seem odd question. Polished car then got call to pick up partner. Sod’s law rain decided to make an appearance. Rest of car not too bad but whole of rear door and bumper filthy. Would mudflaps help?

Mudflaps stop a little spray but not all so wont stop back getting dirty

Have you tried driving in reverse 😊

when you drive along you are kind of creating a vaccuum behind the car. The vaccuum sucks dirt etc into the air around the back of the car and hence covers the tailgate in dirt. There is no way of stopping this.

armour-all shield wax is good for stopping mud sticking and achieving a just washed look for longer

Put any sort of decent wax on your car and when your car gets muddy, the rain will tend to wash it off overnight.
