strange things in headlining

does anyone know what the small plastic circles are in the head lining of my vignale ?

one above the drivers door

one above passenger door

one in the middle above rear seats

looks like a light but as they never light up i assume they are not lights !

Sounds like ambient lighting, they've probably been switched off by a previous owner.

when you take a pic you can see a hole in the middle that you dont see with the naked eye

It would make sense with the Op stating he's got a Vignale, I can't see what else it could be for.
