Removal of usb and aux panel

Could anybody give me an idea on how to remove this panel please? My USB port has pushed through and now I can’t use it..

    Probably have to get behind it to push it back up - try removing the gear surround and see if you have enough room from there

    So it’s not as easy as just popping out the little panel?

    I'd say as it doesn't look to have a slot to stick a screwdriver, etc in to prise it out you'd probably mark it
