Long time lurker........

Have recently bought 17 plate Ecoboost powershift (to with our 17 plate Focus estate) and love the car but am fighting with the Sync system a bit! I have the textbook problems with the steering wheel controls not working properly and have tried the master reset and fuse pull approaches. I have yet to get in there with contact cleaner like some people suggest but have the garage looking at it next week as well.

So that aside, my main question is - should I be able to use voice command to select the radio? Only it doesn't work for me! So if I am listening to my iPod and I press the voice button and say 'radio' or 'tune to FM 1' or 'DAB' - the lady she says no! According to the manual saying radio should do it! Does anyone else have this issue? Am on standard Sync (non touch etc.) and version 5.11.
