    I'm surprised how nice it is. Might swap my Astra for a Focus this year

    I had a Sierra a few years back, A friend said he thought they steered like a boat! He was Captain on a cross channel hydrofoil ferry, so he should know. And I had to agree.

    I then had a Vauxhall Vectra, and I came to think it steered like a train. Great in a dead straight line, but quite an effort to make it turn.

    The Focus is loads better to drive. Responsive and positive. When it came out there was loads of hype about its handling. But it is not all hype, there is a definite core of truth.
