Hi everyone. 

I've had my Ford fiesta 1.25 style plus for over a year now and I haven't had the answer to my question yet about the fuel filter. 

Why does the car not have a fuel filter?

Can someone please shed some light on this.

    It does have a fuel filter (well strainer), but isn't a serviceable part as it's part of the fuel pump. The car would be scrapped before it needs changing anyway. I'm guessing it's just modern fuels are so much cleaner than they used to be. It's really not needed though, I've not really heard of any fuelling problems on the petrol mk7's.
