Out of curiosity, I checked my car on it's eligibility to drive through the new London congestion charge. Apparently, my 14 year old  Focus LX is not subject to any ULEZ charge! I was really surprised. Does your car 'pass' or 'fail'? 😀

    You only just scrape in with a 2005 petrol! :biggrin:

    My 2012 diesel with CO2 emissions of just 114g/km and £30 a year tax WOULD have to pay ULEZ.  Fortunately I don't leave Suffolk so it's not a problem for me. :rolleyes: :laugh:

    I would have to pay with my car, but I never go in to that part on London with a vehicle. I would still need to pay on my motorbike (2004 Honda Hornet)!

    there's a new option.... get vehicle tested if it passes then gets on register to go free.  Quite a few (I guess injected bikes) they think will pass.  For no good reason, bike's euro compliance is not aligned with cars.  for bikes euro 4 became compulsory going into 2017, euro 3 is OK to get in to London

    tractors are the real eye opener, a 2006 5.5 ltr v8 petrol is clean and a 2014 diesel is a killer
