Digital Clock Losing Time

Featured Replies

I've had an 05 Fiesta Zetec for about two weeks now. I set the time when I got it and after about a week I noticed it was 5-6 mins slow.

I thought I had just set it wrong to begin with, but now I'm keeping an eye on it I can see it does lose roughly a minute per day.

This seems like a really odd thing to happen to a digital clock. Has anyone else come across this problem?

Thanks.

I've never had a ford where the clock keeps to the right time.   The one I have now loses about a minutes a fortnight.

It is really annoying when with a radio you can use RDS time, but the Sony ignores that and loses time !  My Focus with the 6CD/MP3 is always losing time!
