Hi, My daughters 2007 1.25 fiesta zeta holiday climate has a strange starting issue. when you turn the key everything light up as normal. If you turn it to the starting position too soon or too long aftr the immobiliser light goes out everything on the dash turns off and nothing happens. if you catch it just right after the light goes out then the car turns over an starts, but none of the dials move an the radio stays off. After 10 to 20 seconds the dash and radio start working. Occasionally when the car fails to start and you tun the key back quickly to position one both front and rear windscreen wipers do 2 wipes. Finally sometimes when you at starting and turn the key to position 2 it doesn’t turn over straight away but if you hold the key in that position for a couple of seconds it will suddenly turn over and start, but again dash and radio stay dead for 10 to 20 seconds

once it is running there are no issues, everything works until the next time you try to start it!

I have checked to he main earth point and the battery voltage is 12.6 volts. Any suggestions as to what could cause this issue please?
