Just spoke to Ford and they said that as I am booking my first service with them for my 2018 (2017 model) Ford Focus. I can have an EcoService for £30.

Is this "worth it" and will this do more harm than good?

    It wont do any harm but it's not worth £30 imo.  

    You can buy an air con bomb for under a tenner and do it yourself.  And if you're using decent fuel then a fuel additive won't have any benefit at all, but you could also buy them cheaply if you wanted to.
