Shuddering at Idle Ford Fiesta 2006 1.25

Hi,

 

I am having an issue with my ford fiesta zetec 1.25 - when at idle the car shudders (feels like engine) every 3 seconds and then every couple of shudders it sounds like the engine is struggling to stay running for a split second then goes back to shuddering.

 

Any ideas what this could be? I have changed the spark plugs but not made any difference
