no radio information on lcd screen after radio upgrade on mk6 fiesta

Featured Replies

Upgraded the radio to a sony ford dab 6 disc radio but now I have no radio information on the lcd screen , is there anyway I can get this to work ? it was fine when I had the old standard cd/radio in it

We have a Fiesta with a Visteon 6 CD, and a Fusion with a Sony Single CD/MP3, (both factory fitted) and we can get both of them to display Radio information by scrolling through the settings menu and selecting the display.

If that has not worked, I can only suggest there is some sort of "pairing" routine that needs to be carried out between the car and the radio, and no doubt this requires a Dealer to do it !!!!

Thank you I will have to give them a ring fingers crossed , it is not the end of the world as the radio works I think the top of the range fusions come with the same radio
