Hi hope some one can help,

got in my fiesta today and tried to clean my windscreen,  i can here the pump working no water came out of my water jets . i thought jets may be  clogged so i cleaned them out  . even though i   filled the washer bottle  up the  day before and everything looked  ok  but checked any way,. what i found was a thin plastic pipe floating in the bottle ? any one got any ideas..
