Hi Guys i need help alot of help i doubt anyone can help me but i bought a van from the uk i currently reside in Ireland,

 

i applied for the cert of export which normally works if you dont have the v5 in ireland,

but the cert of export has been discontinued....

now i got a cousin of mine that lives in the uk to request a new v5 but they will not issue one as the van was marked for export and has to be re registered it will cost Zero to re register but that person has to reside in the uk and i cannot do this as i have no address or documents confirming address,

any help lads i would be truly grateful i can also make it worth yours while! i can also show documentation that the van is mine with invoice of purchase thank you, regards Steven
