Hozelock Problem.

I have had Hozelock for years and just had a new one i seem to have a commom problem.

Where the feed from the tap outside (small pipe with 2 hozelock clip on ends) which fits onto the reel in the middle keeps poping off and tried another end but the same,seems a common fault with water pressure and the turning pops it off.

Anyone on here got any sollution to this,looking into a brass swivel elbow but trying to find one that will fit the Hozelock screw end onto the reel,any help is great as i have a new complete new hose that i cant use right as i have to pull the hose out then walk back to turn it on which still sometimes still pops off on pressure.

    When i look at the connector it says it a 5/8'' and i was trying to convert it into a 3/4'' or 1/2'' so easy to get a swivel brass fitment,2 links below.

    ..Mine it the grey on but pressure and it turning at the same time pops it off.

    Wanted this one as then the end dont turn the knucke does so wont pop off.

    The nipple bit has probably worn, is the o-ring still there, intact and soft/pliable?

    Standard tap screw connectors fit (replaced my parents one) the old reels, unsure about the new ones.

    Well sent Hozelock a e-mail asking about it so they sent me a new spindle with the new end on so thats a spare as i have got all brass connections now and seems ok.

    I did try another plastic end and still did the same but the one i was using was new anyway so it was mainly down to water pressure but the brass end is A1.
