Focus Zetec 1.6 2002 80K Oil Coming From Filler Cap

2002 1.6 petrol zetec ford focus 80k, had it a year, 2 x oil changes and filter (5w30 semi), changed oil filler cap and rocker breather pipe.

problem is am getting oil lightly sprayed on top of the rocker, which is apparently is coming from oil filler cap (weakest point) so garage man said, not breathing right so pressure is escaping from there.....?

Any views or ideas in the area this problem is coming from would be great.

    over pressuring like that is usually a head gasket issue not always but usually or the oil pump is knackered as it shouldnt be possible to push through the tight seal on the cap clearly it is

    Ford suggested to me crank case breather pipe, the handle bar shape one, but have no idea.

    Its not over heating, losing any water,

    Just a small mist of oil left hand side of top of rocker.
