without wanting to do a sales pitch i can sell you a full gen kit for £74.17 delivered...Im sure if you asked around you could get the labour only for less than £105. I have a guy that does full mondeo dual mass and clutch replacements for £100!!!

depending which side of the Bosporus bagheera lives on he may live in Europe :) Istanbul is the most magical city I've visited and would recommend it to anybody as a city break holiday. Better still if it is coupled with a 10 day break in Northern Cyprus.

I know what you mean regards posting, I had to DSL some documents out to our Sons apartment on top of a mountain, near Gumusluk, Bodrum, Turkey. OK I exaggerate a bit [but it had red flashing lights atop the wireless towers sited there]

Anyway I was in WH Smiths an hour and a half, because the computer would not allow the lass to complete the process because of no zip code. I said the address was legit, they don't do zip codes Bodrum way. Anyway DHL give her a code that obviously pointed it to be despatched to Bodrum Milas airport. That was new years eve, and when our lad walked in his apartment new years day it was waiting for him.

not sure how long the labour would be never done a focus before so ive no idea how long it would or should take from what i see wheel off driver liner off gives you access move the power steering fluid resovoir and you can get to almost everything you need to

different engines different cars etc you seen an astra timing belt they are skinny the focus has a pretty wide thick belt on it the belts arent the issue like the vw cars its the tensioners that cause the belt to snap when they cease or beak up its hit and miss theres posts of cars hitting 30k and it goes theres others i know a few who have done over 100k and its been fine simply put when you can afford it just get it done forpeace of mind vw was 100k then changed to 60k my pold mans almera is 60k yet my old hyundai was 80k and cordoba was 70k akll down to the belts some cars just have skinny little belts

I had mine done last month and would say based on the prices I got £180 is more than reasonable.
