How is the gearbox oil drained from 2004 1.25 fiesta

G/f's car has covered nearly 59k miles and i would like to change the gearbox oil.

What is the correct procedure for drainage and refilling.

The reason there is no drain plug is that you don't have to change the oil, it stays in for the life of the car.

Just check to see that it is level with the hole.

Is there any way at all without removing the gearbox to let the old oil out.

We intend keeping the car for as long as it will work.
