Weird noise

Featured Replies

Bought a used 2010 Ford Focus as a first car and it makes this weird noise. It doesn’t make the noise when I reverse, accelerate, or even when I begin to brake, but it makes this weird noise when I come to a complete stop. Idk much about cars, but does it seem like something is wrong with this car or is it just old wear and tear?thanks 🙂 https://streamable.com/zg8d7

Something is definitely wrong there, that's not a normal noise.  It's hard to tell what it is from that video though.  Chances are it's probably just a worn mount somewhere, either engine mount or exhaust mount.

Could also potentially be the DMF depending on which engine it is, is there any difference with the clutch up or down?

It’s automatic and only seems to make the sound when I shift to drive
