Pleease Help!!!

Featured Replies

hi guys i know second post in a day bout this thing...

Basically i have come to the conclusion that it is either the idle control valve or the throttle position sensor that is playing up on my car thanks to the help from someone on this site earlier!!

Now i just took it out for a drive and was doing 50 miles an hour in 5th and i took my foot of the accelerator and the revs didnt back off they just stayed the same.

I am competant with car engines and have a fairly good understanding of how they work and i would rather fix this problem myself instead of taking it to a garage and it costing me the earth...

So if anyone out there would mind lending me a hand by telling me what i need to do or giving me a link to a manual that i can follow it would be GREATLY appreciated.

I look forward to hearing the replies!!

Cheers.
