Galaxy 2011, message about low battery

On purchasing a new ford galaxy the other week. 2011 titanium x. My wife noticed a note on the dash saying "LOW BATTERY", then the battery sign came up. I have tested the battery and its perfect, I have checked the alternator and that's perfect as well. It only comes on when the ignition is turned off, but doesn't do it all the time.

Has anybody else encounter this at all ?. If so could you tell me what it may be. 

The car works perfectly OK. No issues at all. 

Any help would be much appreciated.

    Thanks for your reply Stoney871, it did come up with that, and I changed both batteries in the key fobs.  Then it came up with that message and the battery sign. 

    I have scrolled through the internet and nothing that I can find, gives any kind of advice. 

    Confuses.com comes to mind .

    I recently found an excellent solution to Galaxy "low battery warning".

    Ignition key to position 2.

    Press foglight button 5 times.

    Press hazard button 3 times.

    (or foglight 3, hazard 5 ?)

    It Worked !!
