I am looking for a reliable speed camera detector and my budget is up to £200.00

Do you use a speed camera detector and can you recommend a reliable make and model to meet my above budget?

Thanks in advance for any helpful and well meaning replies.

    Detectors don't work in the real world, especially for the laser guns as by the time it's warned you, the copper will have already snapped you speeding before you have chance to brake.

    The mobile app Waze is about the best thing going for this sort of thing. Alerts to you fixed cameras coming up and any mobile vans etc. that have been reported by other users.

    My local force helpfully advise all their mobile sites on their website - though they don't tell you which they're using on any particular day, at least you know where to be extra alert. Shame I only discovered this after  being snapped!😞
