Help please. S Max 2011 no brake lights (LED) outers

Help please with an S Max 2011 no brake lights (LED) outers or 6W glass upper and not showing any DTC's? I have removed the trim from the tailgate to gain access to the upper brake light and the bulb filament is ok plus one of the terminals has vehicle battery volts with ignition on. The outer clusters on the rear wings appear to be attached with 2 nuts even though a number of Youtube videos show plastic wingnuts. It would appear all the rear brake lights are switched to negative somehow?

Any ideas please or anyone know where I can obtain wiring details?
