Ceiling blind reset - help needed!

Hi, 

First time posting in here 😊

I have a 64 plate titanium x, with the pano roof. A little while ago the blind starting fully closing but then opening a couple of inches again so now won't sit fully closed. 

I've had a good Google and had a few attempts at resetting it but nothing has worked so far. Ford offered to replace the whole unit, but it's fine apart from opening up a little. Its not been stuck or rucked up at all. 

Does any one have a reset that's worked if possible please? 😊

    I have exact same issue with 13 plate Smax and have tried various reset however none have worked. Any ideas
